On sale for $7.99 with a $5 Walgreens rebate (#20) and a $5 manufacturer’s rebate. It appeared that the sale price would only be valid last week, and I wasn’t able to make it to the store to get it. Since the regular price is $9.99, though, it would still be free after both rebates.

I had some Register Rewards expiring, so I decided to go ahead and spend them on the charger. But when I got there I found that the sale price of $7.99 is valid all month, and there were also $2 peelies on the packages, making this deal a $4 moneymaker! (Pay $5.99, get back $10 worth of rebates.)
